General

After sign up an email with confirmation link is sent to you. You must click the activation link in the email to activate your profile. If you didn’t receive activation email, it will automatically be resent to you when you put in the wrong signup key.
If you registered using a web based email account like Hotmail or Yahoo then please check your trash or junk folder for the confirmation email. Whitelisting or adding @interserver.net to address book often helps emails to get through. If the problem continues then Contact Us stating your problem along with the following information: Your browser type and version (e.g. Internet Explorer v6.0), your operating system (e.g. Windows XP) and version and email account provider (e.g. Hotmail).
It’s easy to restore access to your account, just follow password reset instructions.

Profile

Visit registration page and fill-in all required fields.
You need to click on the “Login” link at the top right of the main page. Then enter your email address and password and click the “Login” button.
Your login is the username or email you have chosen when you registered with InterServer.

This feature is coming soon and not quite ready yet.

Network

You can use your affiliate links on the “Affiliate System” page. When people use these links it is tracked as being referred from your account.

Settings

To change your password, log in and click on the Billing menu and hten ”Update Personal Information”. If you do not have your password then from the front login page you can click on 'forgot password' to change it.
By default My InterServer sends you notifications on different events. There are 2 types of notifications:
  • emails - emails sent to your email address containing info about various events related to you
  • website notifications - these are messages, friend-requests, comments received, etc. You can can notice those in right column after you log in or in the user menu bar.
  • log in and click on the billing menu at the top and choose “Change Username” page, update your email address click “Submit”. Note that changing your email address logs you out and you have to log in again.
